Who felt like this after their Christmas dinner and Boxing Day treats?!
Christmas is a time to be enjoyed and celebrated but don’t let it totally derail your progress! It’s tempting at this time of year to just say to hell with it for the next two weeks, stop exercises and drink and eat to your hearts content, then get ‘back on it’ in January.
A much more sensible approach is to relax and enjoy the festivities, eat to your hearts content for a day or two, and then get back to your usual eating and training routine as best as you can.
A few days of indulgence isint going to set you back too much, but a few weeks of indulgence coupled with minimal activity will definitely put you back a step or three.
Enjoy the festivities and keep your goals in mind 👍👍
