Our bootcamp is for everyone, no matter what your fitness levels are. CN Fitness trainers will ensure you are training in a safe and effective way while also encouraging you to give your absolute best efforts throughout the class.

Our boot camp class is all about using a variety of movements and exercises that will help build cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and strength while also improving mobility and posture. The class is structured in a way to ensure ever major muscle in your body is worked which is going to lead to the most efficient fat loss workout.
