Additional Cardio Based Workout

Aimee continues to nail her training and is making great progress.
She is currently working on a two day all over body split training 3 x per week with an additional cardio based workout. The compound movements in her AOB 1 are squats, landmine press, pulldowns and kb swings. She also has some core exercises and farmers walks at the end of this workout. This is training done properly.
