From a young age I always had a passion for sports. Being involved in various sports showed me how inspirational coaches can be. I wanted to take this to the next level and pursue a career in helping people so personal training was the perfect fit. Seeing my clients progress and achieve their goals motivates me to work even harder and learn more so I can help others achieve all possible goals through smart training and nutrition programming.
My experience in sports specific training and resistance training has allowed me to apply various principles of training to help my clients achieve any goal no matter how big or small.
Having played and coached hockey at various levels I’ve developed a great understanding of what is involved to help reach individuals goals and team goals to a high standard. As well as personal training I am currently working as a Performance Squad Hockey Coach North district of Scotland.
While training with me I’ll always ensure that training with me will be enjoyable and most importantly a rewarding experience which will help achieve your full potential in all aspects of life.
