As a trainer I pride myself on getting the very best out of my clients. 

Fitness is and always has been my passion. From playing sports competitively for years, to competing in bodybuilding, fitness provides  never ending opportunities to improve your health and wellbeing. 

As a competitive bodybuilder myself, I practise what I preach to all of my clients by living the fitness lifestyle both inside and outside of the gym. Which has now been a part of my life for a decade working with a wide range variety of clients in that time.
