As a trainer I pride myself on getting the very best out of each and every one of my clients.

Fitness is and always has been my passion. From playing sports to competing in bodybuilding, fitness provides never ending opportunities to challenge yourself on a daily basis and improve your health and wellbeing.

As a competitive natural bodybuilder myself, I practise what I preach to all of my clients by living the fitness lifestyle both in and outside of the gym.

Having previously worked in Aberdeen for 3 years and then more recently in Dubai I have experience training people from all walks of life. I enjoy coaching and helping people who are motivated to making a change and improving themselves in and outside of the gym.
