Training Tip

Having some form of loaded carry in your training programme is generally a good idea for most people. They are great for improving cardio vascular fitness and strength and the calorie expenditure is really high which is going to help with fat loss.

You can do ball carries, bag carries, farmers walks, yolk walks, waiter walks etc etc.
Here is Lisa working on some ball carries with a 30kg ball and making it look easy. We have balls and bags from 10kg to 100kg for all range of clients!
