Whether your goal is to drop body fat, build muscle or improve overall health and wellbeing, nutrition is going to play a part in this process. If you feel your nutrition is something you want help and guidance with we provide a 60 minute nutrition consultation as part of your personal training package.

This session is an opportunity for you to discuss and come up with your nutrition plan with your trainer. We don’t just want to give you a generic meal plan and expect you follow it blindly. It’s important to us that you are totally happy with, understand and are on board with the nutrition strategy we put in place for you. During this session we will discuss nutrition in simple, easy to understand terms and answer any and all questions you may have. We may also do an optional body composition assessment to see where you are currently at. We then use all of this information to come up with the nutrition plan and set realistic and achievable targets to work towards.

Over the past ten years we have continuously fine tuned how we approach nutrition with clients and have came up with different systems that we use based upon the individual we are working with.
