Good advice for Amount,Type,Timing of food

Meal timing is something that causes so much unnecessary confusion. Do you have to eat every few hours to keep your metabolism burning at maximum capacity? No! Does all the food you eat after a certain time in the evening automatically get stored as fat. No!

In terms of importance I would rank it in the following order:

Amount of food
Type of food
Timing of food

This is a very simplistic way of looking at a fairly complex subject but it is good advice.
