Improving shoulder mobility and rotator cuff stability

German hangs are such a great exercise for improving shoulder mobility and rotator cuff stability. Also one of the best for improving core strength.

Admittedly I haven’t done them in far too long but have just started working on them as part of my new programme. There a lot of things I can improve on technique wise but this is an ok starting point.
