Great way to finish your workout and get the heart rate through the roof

You may have seen battle ropes lying around the gym you go to and wanted to give them a go but have been unsure how to use them.

Give this a shot:

Stand with feet hip width apart and knees slightly bent

Keep the elbows locked still just in-front of your torso

Small and fast alternating swing with your wrists like you are playing the drums

  1. 30 seconds flat out
  2. 30 seconds rest
  3. 10 times

This is a great way to finish your workout and get the heart rate through the roof!
