Simple tips to improve your pull-ups

Here’s a quick video giving you three simple tips to improve your pull-ups:

  1. Fully straighten your arms at the bottom of each rep
  2. Pause at the bottom of each rep
  3. Get your chin above the bar at the top of each rep
  4. Bonus : Keep your hips extended and legs still throughout rep
