Strive for progress, not perfection.

If you are put off of going to the gym because you are worried you aren’t going to be able to do some exercises, dont be. No matter what stage in your fitness journey you are at there are always going to harder exercise that you currently cant do, and thats ok. When you learnt to walk, run, ride a bike, drive a car etc etc you had to try over and over again until you go it right, the same goes for exercise. Its part of the journey that everyone is constantly going though. So embrace the challenge and enjoy the process!
