Working From Home Schedule

How is everyone getting on working from home and being in lockdown! I’m pretty used to my schedule being all over the place and working from home due to the nature of running CN but definitely miss being face to face with multiple people all day every day.

In this video I go over a few simple points that help me stay on track.

1- consistent sleep wake cycles
2- consistent work times / work station
3- Multiple short stretch flows per day
