Nothing is going to help you achieve your goals more effectively than working 1-1 with an experienced personal trainer who will support you every step of the way. You will get a clear, progressive and structured training and nutrition plan tailored towards YOUR body and YOUR goals.  You will also have unlimited communication with your trainer between session to answer any and all questions that you may have.  We pride ourselves on the results that our clients get and will stop at nothing to ensure we have done everything in our power to help you achieve your goals.

In your first session we will run through our simple but highly effective postural screening assessments that will help us identify any imbalances or structural weakness you may have. We will then come up with the most appropriate programme for the level that you are currently at.

Our coaches have experience in coaching and competing in a variety of sports and have learnt from the worlds leading strength and conditioning coaches. We understand the the basics and also the intricate complexities of proper programming for optimised sports and athletic performance.

NUTRITION PLANING

Our personal training packages include an optional 60 minute nutrition consultation. We use this time to come up with the most appropriate, effective and enjoyable nutrition plan that suits your goals, preferences and lifestyle.
