5 pyramid sets

Today’s front squat kicked my ass. 5 pyramid sets of 6,5,4,3,2.

Here’s is my last two sets. The first set I don’t get quite enough depth, the second set I get enough depth but the second rep just kills me and I bail out, Meh…. I will do better next time!

Even after ten years of training ever day is a school day and I am constantly aiming to improve my technique and training approach.
