Bodyweight Pull-Up

When Etteke started working with us in preparation for her triathlon (which she completed and did great in) one of her goals was to hit a full bodyweight pull-up. It was a big ask and she was far away from having the strength to do it. However, through lots of consistency and hard work, here she is banging out sets of 4

Etteke eats a plant based diet which we have monitored and helped her out with and proves that if done properly, you can absolutely build strength while eating this way.
