A common misconception is that you need to be at a certain level of fitness to work with a personal trainer, this could not be further from the truth. In fact for us as coaches we often find it easier to coach people with little or no gym experience. Reason being that people who have never trained before don’t have any preconceived ideas about what is right and what is wrong and they also haven’t built up any bad exercise technique habits that we have to then spend time breaking down and relearning.

At CN, we treat ever client exactly that same, in that we access what your current ability levels are, and train you accordingly. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced trainee, we will work with you in a way that is tailored to you. All that we ask from all of our clients, beginner or advanced ,is to give us their best effort.
