Great workout by Lisa

Ever the adventurer Lisa badly dislocated her fingers a few months ago while hill climbing. This meant that we couldn’t do deadlifts or basically any exercise that involved gripping for months. Although it was definitely a set back, and she easily could have seen it as a reason to stop training altogether, we adapted her training programme with exercises that she could still perform and she continued to train 2-3 x per week while her fingers healed.

Now they are pretty much back to normal we have started adding deadlifts and other movements back into her plan and her strength is on the up big time once again. We have worked up to 100kg x 3 on deadlifts over the past week which is a near life time PB! Great work Lisa!
