Hamstrings and Glutes

CN trainers Craig and Matt going over some coaching points for the hyperextension. This is a great exercise for strengthening the hamstrings and glutes but is all too commonly butchered by people allowing their back muscles, mainly the erector spinae group, to take over and dominate the movement.
Most people are tight and overactive in their erectors and weak in their glutes and hamstrings, so keep the back switched off and strengthen the weak muscles by using the points in this video.
