Make fat loss much easier when the time comes!

We have a few weeks left of her strength building phase before we shift to a fat loss phase. In this phase of the programme we are periodically increasing her calories over a period of time, while maintaining bodyfat levels. This is going to help keep the metabolism as high as possible and make fat loss much easier when the time comes!
