Preparation for Marathon

Mel started working with us in preparation for her Marathon in March last year after struggling with a reoccurring hip injury. Not only did her hip problems disappear once she started training with us, she went on to smash the marathon, injury free and has continued working with us since and gone from strength to strength. Great work Mel. Here are a few words from her.

“I have been training at CN fitness for a year now, and I’ve made more progress in that year than I have over the last 5. I feel stronger and fitter than I ever have, as well as more confident and informed in the gym and when working out alone. This is the first time I feel a PT has really listened to me and what I want to get from the sessions, and really tailored them to personally suit me, and adapted them according to how I feel and what’s going on in other areas of my life.
