Slam ball slams are such a great exercise

Slam ball slams are such a great exercise for quick, simple and effective interval training.
Here Lisa is doing 10kg slams, 15 reps in 30 seconds, straight into 20 secs of battle rope swings, resting for a minute and repeating four times.

This video was @ 1800 on a Monday night and this is as busy as our gym gets, three trainers, three clients. No waiting for equipment here!
