Training and going to the gym should not just be about losing weight or based solely on how you look, it should be an empowering process that makes you feel good inside and out.

Full pull-ups are a training goal that a lot of people have and they are seen as one of the holy grails of female strength. Having training based goals, such as a full pull-up, or whatever is a challenge for you at this stage in your journey, and working hard to achieving that goal is such a rewarding process.
