How often do you need to train to see results?
There is no right or wrong answer, however with almost all of our beginner clients we start them off training 3 x per week with a days rest between sessions. You do not need to train every single day to get results, especially if you are a beginner. 3 x all over body workouts per week is best for most people.
If we have someone who says they can train 5 x per week, we will only put them on 5 x per week programme once they have successfully and consistently adhered to a 3 x per week programme and then a 4 x per week programme.
