Great work from Jim who has made huge progress

Great work from Jim who has made huge progress with his squats over the past few weeks.
We have progressed from body weight box squats, to goblet box squats, to safety bar box squats. The next stage is removing the box and getting a straight bar on the back.

Far to often people rush into bb back squats without developing the necessary mobility and basic biomechanics first. Back squats done properly are an absolutely fantastic exercise, but back squats performed badly are a waste of time and a sure fire way to get injured.
