Goal of building strength and muscle

Kelvin has been working with us for 12 weeks now with the goal of building strength and muscle. He has came on leaps and bounds in that time and is making great progress.

We have been working on perfecting his squatting technique and now that he has the formed nailed we are really going to start ramping the weight up.
